Of course there are some not-too-tough restrictions which are...

1. Only the products in the collections listed as in the 24-Hour Express Collection are eligible for the 24-Hour Express Next Day shipping program.
2. Imprints are limited to 1 location and 1 imprint color.
3. Orders must be received by 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time/US, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders ship the next business day.
4. Orders and delivery addresses are limited to the United States.
5. We will advise immediately should the unlikely event of an out-of-stock situation occur so we can discuss an alternative selection to meet your needs.
6. If not already on file with us, artwork must be to the specified imprint size and meet production format requirements and be uploaded at the time of order. Artwork must be in vector format in .eps, production-ready PDF, or Adobe Illustrator (CS4 or lower) format. .jpg, .gif, .tiff, Quark, Adobe InDesign or Photoshop, MS Word or Publisher files will NOT be accepted. A raster file (drawing, photo or pixelated) converted to .eps or .pdf or scans cannot be used. Artwork not meeting production standards will incur additional processing time and will not be eligible for the 24-Hour Express Next Day shipping program. Additional fees to make your artwork production ready will be invoiced at the rate of $125/hour.
7. No proof (electronic or paper) will be provided. Artwork submitted will be run as is (unless not meeting production requirements as stated in No. 6 above.)
8. If you have a specific in-hand date, please include in your order so we know if expedited shipping will be required (additional shipping fees apply). Otherwise, we will ship via regular ground service. Please allow for shipping time which can be up to 5 business days or more depending on your location.
9. All 24-Hour Express orders must be prepaid with a credit/debit card or bank withdrawal via PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this system; you can pay as a guest. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed.
10. Decorated items are not returnable. So we suggest carefully evaluating your purchase prior to ordering. If you cancel your order prior to delivery, you will be assessed charges for all work and product completed up until the cancellation date.
